Refunds for user payments made to accounts at Boundarysmashers are not available. Leagues, competitions, and other activities on Boundarysmashers could be funded with the money.
Once a transaction has been completed and validated on Boundarysmashers, the user cannot undo it. If Boundarysmashers decides, in its sole and absolute discretion, that a user should be able to cancel a transaction and receive a refund of the transaction amount paid by the user, then the following terms will be applicable.
In the aforementioned case, Boundarysmashers shall have complete discretion over whether to grant the User a refund, deducting any applicable taxes and cancellation costs. The original payment method Boundarysmashers used to register for the league will be utilized to process the refund. Customers should think about any additional terms and conditions that are important in governing the agreement before making a purchase.
There is an exception to this policy. Users may request a refund at the sole discretion of Boundarysmashers if they meet the following conditions:
- The client submits a written refund request using the registered email address to Boundarysmashers.
- The refund request is received at least two days before the scheduled start of the round for which the payment is intended. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the inability to provide a refund.
Either the original payment method or the credit card used to make the initial deposit will be utilized to handle refunds. The internal review team may need up to five or seven (5-7) working days to complete the refund processing procedure.
